We were warmly welcomed by Sabrina. We had a small issue with the water heater and it was fixed the same day. Fabio and Sabrina were very caring. Everything was perfect.

We (a family of 4) stayed at Fabio’s apartment for one month and had a great time. The apartment is bright (brighter than in the photos), large, well-equipped, and very clean. It is very close to the center of Los Abrigos and the coast. It offers free parking and it is not difficult to find accommodation. The host was always ready to help with any issue and to give directions and advice. The welcome snacks and wine were a nice touch :) I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet and affordable place to stay in Tenerife, also suitable for families.

The apartment is excellent, large and spacious, on the second floor. Shops, restaurants, services, hairdresser, bank, taxi, bus, etc. are nearby.

Fabio was very attentive with us and made us feel at home in the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for daily living. The location is close to the beach, with supermarkets and restaurants just a 2-minute walk away.

The apartment matches the photos, everything is very well looked after, nice furniture, thorough cleaning, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the sea and the center of Los Abrigos where shops and restaurants are located. You can do your grocery shopping on foot without using the car. Efficient management by Fabio and Elisa, with the possibility of staying longer on the check-out day. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a great holiday in southern Tenerife!

Close to the airport, 100 m from the ocean, free street parking. Along the promenade there are several excellent fish restaurants. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet apartment, with no street or aircraft noise. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Sabrina, who recommended places to visit, restaurants, and shops. We greatly appreciated the welcome with chilled local cava. Fabio also offered a convenient late check-out. Excellent value for money.

Excellent location near the airport, two large hypermarkets and shopping centers just a few minutes away. Fans in the bedrooms, large terrace with ocean view, and two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower—ideal for families. Highly recommended.
